i'm gonna assume you're being genuine and asking before you read- it's biological mother x daughter incest so they're about as related as you can get.

I'm not sure what version exactly this is, nor why the fortunes decided to grace us with such, but hey, I ain't complaining. It's been a long time since I read this last, it'll be fun to... uh... brush up.

Unless this is a different version in which there are changes, and if I remember correctly, full-on mother/daughter. No holds barred, no take-backsies. I think this should serve as a warning for others for whom this is a problem lol. Someone should make this known.

Taiyaki was in a weird place because her work is overwhelmingly not explicit, and I don't think she ever actually got banned or anything, but based on the vague terms of service revisions it basically seemed inevitable and it was better to move before that point. My experience with Xfolio's international card handling is that it's far better than Fanbox (where certain cards would just be unusable and retrying meant a lockout and contacting support) but it's definitely not commonly in use by artists.

Don't you love a board of weird control freaks telling people what they can and can not draw? I really hope something in my lifetime loosens the grip of payment processors and the like.

So how far along is this version now? I vaguely tried keeping up with the releases elsewhere but I admit, I don't get attached enough to manga to seek them out when it becomes too much of a hassle and this one certainly felt like more illusive to hunt than a unicorn at times ^^#

No story spoilers but putting in spoiler formatitng just to be safe since it concerns progression: Around the middle/end of the old version's Vol 7 with some pacing differences/new content/rearrangements/etc. Each new volume covers (very roughly) two and a half of the old ones. The next volume will likely cover everything left from the old version.

This might be the funniest plot twist ever if it spirals out of control like that Tae and Jimiko manga. I mean, it won't happen though.

I remember reading the original as a teenager or so and liking it, but on reread as a very grown adult it's unfortunately unreadable for me now. I mean, I even set a hard boundary with my gf not to call her mommy lmao...

I hope everyone else enjoys nostalgia lane though. :'(

Don't forget it was on Fantia in-between, until they banned Visa and Mastercard rather than let them police the content! That was actually when I lost track of the series' progress.

So happy to see this back, even if I have to wait a year for the new unofficial translation to catch up to the now-discontinued official translation, which never even made it as far as the original before it restarted. I don't know of any other published media that tackles this premise/content as seriously and wholesomely. Taiyaki might be my favorite yuri mangaka, probably only rivalled by Ningiyau.
Also fun that apparently the My Sweet Home mother and daughter (who are aliens) are canon to My Half of You.
