I’d say the “consent” was more “dubious” in the chapters where people were being roofied, or Ruruka basically molesting her in chapter 13. Pretty sure it was just supposed a sexy-nurse/age gap type thing, not anything meant to be taken serious.

Crazy that the one that didn’t cheat apologizing to the one that did, who, rather than apologizing, blamed her for it, is portrayed as a positive thing. At least the author acknowledges that it’s “disturbing trash”, lol.
