Don’t think it’s just you, this was a bit confusing and all over the place.

I'm reading it as Hitomi and Mikiya are still dating, but now Yuuri has closure after her talk with Hitomi. But maybe it's meant to be up for interpretation.

Sort of looks like the two are holding hands at the end, and then one says "Mikiya", which suggests poly. But the execution could have been clearer, at least to this Western reader.

Mikiya looks too sad on the final page, she's unsure of her status. I don't think the triangle has fully settled yet.

also what was mikiyas section about??? that she does love her gf? what was the stair seen? i get that shes sad/hurt but what was the point of it

something about this feel like it will get it's own series (Because of how confusing this is, needs more time) ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌

This story was a confusing mess

Poly ending. Probably.

1. When Mikiya told Hitomi that Yuuri liked her, its the typical “choose” moment in a romantic manga, and that’s why Hitomi looked at Mikiya like that in the cafeteria. so one way I see it, Mikiya and Hitomi broke up, Yuuri and Hitomi got together.

2. Hitomi told Mikiya that she also loved Yuuri, but its not poly, they are still gfs and that is why Mikiya face is of resignation. “I will never be number one” but Hitomi called her and she doesn’t feel is that bad to be loved in a different way.

It's not you, it is confusing.

The ending is up to interpretation, but I'm not sure whether the author intended it to be that way, the whole thing's messy.

I think under the title of "Love is Blind" we're seeing different kinds of blindness. Hitomi is blind to Yuuri's feelings. Mikiya is blind in the sense that Hitomi is not her type, maybe? She's been hurt in the past by people saying shes like a boy, but she doesn't find it a turn off from Hitomi, again maybe??

But as mentioned above, now all three girls know the situation, all them have closure, and neither seems to be angry nor sad.
So either all three are fine with Hitomi sharing the love, or one of the two (likely Yuri, believe it or not, because of last panel) is happy with just being "BFF".

My proffesional opinion as a writter is that the mangaka decided to make it ambiguous AF and managed to make it double so. So you can headcanon it as poly route because "choose your interpretation" seems to have been Nega-sensei's intention.

Flashbacks and pacing were a bit choppy. But i love to see new mangaka springing up all the time and making new delicious yuri for me while they embark on their storytelling journey c:

the way i'm interpeting the stairwell flashback with yuuri and mikiya is that one or both of them are trans, and so they have a bit of a secret bond over it

The girl Hitomi san falls for and currently going out with is Mikiya san. Hitomi san has always come to Yuuki san for love advice.
Yuuki san said
" You should try to confess to Mikiya san because everyone loves you, Hitomi san".

Mikiya san didn't reject the approach,and instead saying "we can try going out because I'm not sure if the love you're experiencing is romantically".

So the two goes out.

And that , breaks Yuuri san's heart.

Mikiya san reveals to Hitomi san that, the one Yuuri san likes is Hitomi san.

So now, the two , Hitomi san and Yuuri san are together, with Mikiya san as their friend to support them.
