No, the two-shot is canon. It's just that there's a bit of a time-skip at the beginning of the serialization. They even make a few references to things and people in the two shot, occasionally.

This is seriously a gem, the writing is fire and two lonely girls who has sh–t ass boyfriend are definitely a pair I didn't know I needed.

You can check out Torajirou Kishi's "Maka-maka" for a version of this dynamic where the story goes in an explicit sexual direction.

(Not sure what exactly to call "Maka-maka"- Magazine? Artbook?)

That's what I thought, though "That or she's referring to a different BF." raises a possibility.

I find it ambiguous. Obviously it's the "same" people, including the boss at their old job, but it's not clear the MCs in this met up the same way as in "She is too kind".

The abuse part in She is too Kind #2 really made my heart sink. It genuinely made me feel glad that these 2 fictional girls could make it out of their shitty situations and support each other.

I just read two chapters, it gave the same feelings I got when i read A room for two for the first time.

I hate “girl cheat on her shitty bf with a girl” because I think “girl cheat on her shitty gf with a girl” it’s better and a dynamic I wish was explored more, buuut the art style is beautiful so who cares

I mean, this story isn't either. Neither girl cheated on their shitty boyfriends.
