Manga Time is supposedly a "seinen" magazine, at least according to Wikipedia, but everything I've seen from them before this series has been strictly PG lol

The Manga Time Kirara magazines have (had) some spicier series like Momoiro Montage (Forward) and Koharu Biyori (same magazine as this one) but it's definitely not a significant part of their line-up.

The specific term is 腰, which can mean either lower back, waist, or hips. It's just that some of those terms apply better to certain contexts than others.

The concept and the dynamic of the characters on this manga are all so interesting, but it's looks so much like it's kink paradise XD. It's one of those where the character would be saying something normal, but the panel shows her entire boobs in the panel.

It's actually pretty great to see actual kink topics in a manga being treated like a normal thing. Because it is !!! I'd expect mangas to be so jumpy and skittish about it, but this one isn't ! I love it. I'm curious to see what other kinks it would portray and how it would do that.
