the new antagonist is a very good character, the way she changes the dynamic between the mc's is great storytelling, even for a series of short chapetrs. Looking forward for more, Bashira is showing to be a great storyteller
I kinda agree but if she doesn't return, she's just a lazy plot device to push them together. But I think she'll come back. We need to hear her motives from her mouth.
So, Hina's mom and her old "friend" are both super toxic. That's concerning, but it seems like Yuzu and her sister might have gotten a hint that something is up, so maybe they'll be able to help her.
Idk how necessary the mother conflict might be since we already kinda have an antagonist in the form of Hina's old friend but we'll have to see!
I don't know if I'd necessarily look at it as "the mother conflict". Rather, I think it's tied into the issues with her old "friend" and her poor self image and all three elements are part of a greater whole, rather than individual things with separate antagonists.
It's so cute...I'm too happy. The rings are soo adorable! Hurry up and get married already (^。^)
This series is so wonderful so far, I love Yuzu's crying face. The side to Yuzu Hina has never seen! Can't to to follow as the story progresses. I love this mangaka so far.
Also I'm interested to see the rival get developped, I like her character design
Speaking of, I can't stop gawking at this artist's artstyle which is just chef kiss SO GOOD
I'm sorry, but no, that was one of the weirdest style's I've ever seen, overalls just don't work with anything other than work clothes or little children.
