Oh, I didn't notice the tags. You're right, even without the TL note, this one is clearly at least subtext (especially since the title seems to be from the perspective of our MC). The dialogue about the boss, was pretty heavily suggestive, if not outright screaming at us.

It was uploaded wihout any tags and it was likely easier to rule on the presence of Food and OL than gauge yuriness for whoever suggested them.

Yeah, definitely some strong subtext going, at the very least. That, plus I believe it was published in a yuri anthology.
