I feel like this series is going to be intense.

I love girls, food, and I can enjoy camping. I'm very much enjoying this so far, and thanks for the translation! It was cute how the author noted that her mother and father got together over a chance meeting, and good food. I feel like that's some very obvious foreshadowing :P

Not sure what you mean, they made Yumeguri Yurimeguri and the couples there did end up together in the end. If anything, it's smth to be hopeful about

would be weird to point out that what pases for "premium meat", crazy expensive stuff, in Japan (a.k.a. the beef Fuuka won) would be considered a second-rate cut (with WAY too much fat and too little actual meat) in most of the world if it wasn't for some quite agressive publicity campaigns? That, and the fact she lives at flat 101, means we could call that beef "the 101cow".

Isn't wagyu all A1-A5 cuts? Angus choice/premium here in America is B3 at best.

It may have to do with sensibilities re: flavor though.

I really like the idea of yuri food manga in theory. But in practice it seems like the concept usually turns out to be "If we do enough interesting food maybe nobody will notice that we're not bothering to develop the relationship, like, at all." For me, that stuff gets old after a while.

I came here to read a manga about Japanese cooking and the first thing they do is a parrillada lmao. I don't need manga for this, I can just go to any parrilla place out there on the street to see a parrillero do a parrillada!

Oh but they used a charcoal fire. Around here we would roast the meat over a wood fire. A charcoal fire is the Argentinian way...
