The ending was fast but the last two pages were so darn sweet and fitting for the story. The conclusion is fine imo. Great story, even if i didn't love it on first read the second time through it was wonderful. Can't wait to see what Ikeda Takashi does next!

There's a noticeable absence from those montage panels, right? I'm not the only one who's (not) seeing that? Given how much screen time they got recently.

I noticed it too but I guess she wasn't deemed important enough to get a slot in the ending.

No way to wrap up Ataru's arc, the voice actor "yuri business" arc, or the trans girl's arc. What an unsatisfying end.

That came out of nowhere, jeez. How deflating, it's not like the ending isn't terrible for what this series is but it's just so sudden that it feels more like a hiatus announcement with flair.

this is just sad.. I pray that we get the miracle of an Epilogue being released to tie up at least some of the loose ends.
And it might be even more unlikely but a spin-off that focuses on one of the side characters would be nice.
This story had so much potential, it made me so happy and it's so sad to see it go like this.

Kinda feels like the two "ending" chapters could have more or less been glued on at any point. Didn't feel properly build up or anything. And, yeah, wasn't the type of series that needed everything 100% resolved, life goes on, yaddayadda, but kinda dull way to finish nonetheless.

But it was a fine read otherwise. Really relaxing, appropriately mature, never too boring, nice art too. Would overall recommend.

I honestly thought we were going to explore more and have this series going for awhile still. Not a terrible ending, but it leaves a weird feeling I think.

Anyhow, an overall lovely series, thanks for translating it!

this is a really good way to put it, its like they were made as a failsafe so if they either got canceled or just didnt want to go on anymore they had a smooth ending when they needed it. which is smart! but also it definitely feels sterile

I am just completely stymied, looking at these montage panels. I guess we can think Wanko's friend made it for real as a voice actor, and the bunny lady is... still there being a bunny lady. But what are Nemori and Oumi doing? Are we supposed to infer anything from that image, there? Did anyone ever figure out what "Let me know if you want to play again" actually means?

And there's something both hilarious and extremely sad about the fact that Ataru's ending is "She's still just so incredibly miserable, I mean christ, look at her."

not a very natural feeling ending? really hit me out of the blue that just... yep that's it! shows over! i mean the chapters were cute and the little glimpses were fine in that whole "yeah the world keeps on spinning and people live their lives" kind of way but just... felt like there was more that could have happened? eh, i'm not a writer so maybe i'm just missing something deeper. sad to see this series come to an end though, an amazing read all the way through.

Well I'm sad this ended and especially in the way it did. I was hoping for more daily adventures and to learn more about the side characters but alas... This manga felt real to me and that's a big part of what I'll miss. I hope we see Elly and Wanko again some day :(
