I've been wondering about that from the beginning. Maybe it's not enough to have a hot crush on a strapping young man to qualify for the tag; maybe there's gotta be bisexual action for the story to be tagged bisexual: dating, kissing, holding hands, something that doesn't happen only in your head. (This is only my speculation, I have no idea about the real criteria at work and it may be something completely different.)

I've come back to read chapter 4 several times now. I'm really impressed by this author!! The art is gorgeous, the tension is savory af, just... BWAH

Honestly that is a super good question. I'm really surprised we didn't get any discussion or suggestions like that prior...I will have to think about it.

One small thing that I really like is that when Lumiao is out in her lolita fashion and we hear background characters reacting to her, it's always positive. It's all "Wow cute princess" and no "look at that weirdo". I know there's no real reason for negativity to be there in this kind of manga, but it still makes me happy.

One thing I appreciate about these shorter series is that they don’t let the misunderstandings linger for too long

Kinda interesting how neither Lumiao or Yuxuan're wearing their usual school outfits at the end--they're wearing the plain uniform, which is almost the median of Yuxuan's sporty uniform and Lumiao's done-up uniform. That could just be me reading into them changing their outfits with the season too much, though. Even that has some interesting connections--springtime for what?
