No, the age-gap tag should stay. I think you're also forgetting that Aria is a Queen and has had many responsibilities and decisions placed on her over the last few centuries. It's what ultimately has kept her alive all this time. Old and wise, though she's got her quirky moments. Ichika is still a child in comparison and has a lot more to learn about life.

I get your point though, and it's fine either way, I just thought I'd state my opinion on the tag as well. I was honestly a bit surprised when I first saw it, since I considered them to be PEERZ (that was a bad joke, sorry - probably even worse than the title itself...).

...Though, seeing as it's said in manga too and even in the title, doesn't the author see them as peers as well? That is just my assumption of course.

I was wondering about this too. Maybe they didn't want to draw attention to her in case their enemies were watching them with the sword? Although that obviously ended up backfiring.

I really hope this doesn't get grim dark, and doesn't end on a depressing note. The looming villain still has me on edge, and as I've said before this author is very capable of super dark content.

They apparently intend to leave Ichika's house for good once they're ready to bring the sword away. Obviously she wouldn't be okay with that (especially Aria leaving) so they're keeping her in the dark about the whole thing.

With how this manga almost always turns whatever cliff hanger into a ridiculous situation right at the next chapter, I really expect that Ichika will be so... Ichika

that their plan will turn into a major failure XD. But I suppose we'll see how it goes when the next chapter comes out.

Given the tone of the story it's probably just going to be some joke situation anyway ...
... but then it's a manga, so it might also do a 180° hardcore turn and turn into something else altogether.

It has to get serious eventually, though it doesn't feel like it's approaching the endgame just yet so I can't tell if it's going to now.

I don't think its sword whoever puts the barrier trying to protect maybe its the shrine itself, maybe its a place for a ritual or something.

I doubt it's just a place. You don't need a barrier like that to protect a small and rather inconspicuous shrine no one really takes notice of anyway if it's only that. There might be something (or someone) else hidden in the shrine.
