To me Sister Mary always seems to be the older sisters name, so I assumed Ai was called it as she was the senpai. Nothing to do with their actual names.

My guess would be 何それ (nani sore), literally "what's that?". It's a very common exclamation that's closer to something like "what's up with that?" or "what the heck?" in English.
