I think it’s pretty “yuri” and so it shouldn’t be tagged subtext ‘cause some people might get put off from reading this gem (i know i did until i read posts from another forum saying otherwise) thinking it’s without a potential romantic development when it’s clearly not the case cuz u can feel them vibes.

Also, the tag combinations r kinda accurate but offputting e.g. is lizard really a necessary tag? It just kinda makes the manga seem random

You shouldn't tag yuri on something that isn't yuri, as simple as that. But goddamn, I vehemently need this hard-gay to lead to an actual romantic relationship. I haven't seen this much blatant homosexuality within subtext in a long time, and in the long term it will only hurt because I'm going to be left out with a vague open interpretation end or nothing at all. I want substantial, direct love.

Honestly I stopped caring about the subtext tag when I realized I can get my much desired "moments" from the series and more.

There's also a Girls Ship in One Piece but that's a very different matter.

I'll say this, I don't care if it's not tagged as yuri, this is yuri, and by not tagging this as yuri people that ignore subtext tag because their focus it's YURI miss the chance to experience such beautiful story. Their loss? Indeed it is, but you can't force someone to read something that clearly is not their cup of tea, and excuse me but this story has nearly no subtext, this is a full-blown yuri all that's left it's a kiss
