This is really top quality! The art is fantastic, the writing is crisp and believable, everything is just terrific.
And cute, it's just as cute as can be!
Nanoha reminded me a lot of a character from Kaworu Watashiya's (Kodomo no Jikan) story... it had lots of Yuri but was dropped by the translator because it wasn't all that good.

Same, I was wondering the same thing.
For those who are curious, in Jap the title means "Misfortunes often come at time of great happiness" or "Good things are transient". It's from the phrase 月に叢雲、花に嵐 which direct translation would be "The moon is hidden by clouds, blossoms are scattered by storm".

That’s how I want this to end: on the punchline that the “it’s a secret” line they’ve been repeating every chapter was 100% false and their friends have been aware the whole time.
