When will this manga end, I've been reading it for years

I would have translated it the same way.

I would assume it would be read as "that's what I though (about)"

As for Yamada's sexual life. I think she just needs time to discover her sexuallity. Though,I won't complain if she ends up not having any sexual dessire. I would just feel sad for Kase, since she seem's to be really into having sex with her.

Maybe she meant it as "Those were my thoughts..."
