This is a false statement. Aya doesn't remember anything between blacking out at the bar and arriving at home, that's all, it's the literal text of ch169pg1. Aya mentions those two specific points in time, and it is after that second point in time that Aya wakes up and initiates intimacy. You can even see that the second point depicted lines up with the first panel of ch167pg3, where Aya comes to after having been asleep.
Aya's memory cuts out at the bar, and at some point after while still there she passes out. Mitsuki brings her home and lays her down on the bed, shortly after which Aya wakes up, having sobered up from her nap. After this point, her memory works normally.
