I hope the new character isn't super annoying and in the way, I want more coziness with the main pair growing closer together. Even this chapter I was thinking, we could be spending this time focused on our main characters instead...
Well, that chapter was off the rails. Am I missing something or was there a massive genre shift at the end? If so, any clues as to why it happened?
Almost certainly that last bit was metaphorical, but yeah weird time to do such a thing when you have to wait until volume 2 for clarification.

oh I remember seeing this art work before, on chapter 6! Smoking does a lot of bad shit to the body but this is ridiculous. My mom looked like she was 29 when she was 41, and she'd been smoking for like 15 years at that point. two packs a day average.
