Her/(Former His) reaction to being scared is very understandable if you think about it from his/her (...Getting public humiliation and kick out...possibly even beaten up and killed in the very 'worse' case scenario by the royal guards or knights or stuff.) She cannot just be happy since she will be kicked out due to that 'organ'...can't really explain that without getting beaten and kicked out of the academy. (TRUCK-SAMA KIND OF FKED UP HERE...Or could have been a lazy random Deity.)
Due to still having a male physical organ she cannot fully enjoy her new life as a woman (Barely become a cute girl less than a day before realizing 'he(Become he again lol)' only almost fully a physical woman, her joy destroyed and reverting back to her/his old mentality influence by her/his previous body.). MC is enjoys her/his new body much more than 'his(Gasp I misgender her lol~)' old body that lead to 'her' isolation and lonely live as a loner. Her new face is much closer to her/his ideal self.
Also everyone loves cute and beautiful stuff~ Water is wet and gravity makes things fall. MC deciding to hide her/his 'Organ' with his game knowledge and 'I'll be a girl!'- inner thought at the end before getting caught.
Hopefully MC can become a fully physical woman like he(She now technically to be 'accurate') in the future like he desires and dreams of....Or at least be courageous and proud enough after stock piling enough achievements to be accept by both herself and the other people that might become her friends at school/academy.
I don't get it, this isn't a trans manga. I think about wanting to be a woman and in a lesbian relationship all the time, but that doesn't make me trans.

But also wow....some people are intense in their feelings...I am going to have look over the thread to read all the comments to get everyone's thoughts about this manga later....Let me give you a piece of advice I learned since I was 9-10 years old....Humans are trash species and race...we have so much potential but yet we waste it all. War, pollution, the broken law system which only works about 60% of the time, etc. etc. bunch of other horrible stuff +X more horrible stuff....It doesn't matter whether someone is trans, Cis, Non-binary, whatever the fking heck pronoun or identity they have
....We are all humans, we should get along with each other....but sadly humans are a scum race if you grade them as a whole (Rare 10% at most truly kind people seeking to make the world a better place which is the reason I have any hope in the world at all, 50-60% meh-tier average people which can sway from good to evil time to time and the very rest are scum of the earth) XD
It doesn't matter what gender or sex your born with, a cis person can be the most understanding, kind, thoughtful and outstanding person ever or they can become the most Despicable 'arrogant' worst human alive....This also goes for Trans people...They can be amazing kind, thought people...or they can 'arrogant' annoying evil moron....It depends on the person personality, lifestyle, choices and, let live basically. Life is short, we are all worthless humans that will end up dying less than 100 years in the end after all.
Remember...attacking people online and trying to cancel each other (Unless that said person is a mass murder or something equally worst) is a sign of arrogant/Sin of pride fuel by a selfish desire to dominate other people. Example also include people like annoying nuisance tiktoker/U-Tubers...doesn't matter if they are trans or Cis...Annoying Titktokers and Nuisance U-tubers are beings that help spread hate and anger [Chain damage to their representative group/race sadly which thankfully balanced out by amazing Tiktokers and U-tubers.]
Also pet peeve...annoying people on Tw*tter that claims a fictional character is trans but isn't really trans and just projecting....there are many great amazing trans characters but it annoying when annoying arrogant activists try to paint a character as trans (No clear sign of character declaring they want to become a man or woman or asking for the author's intention and just declaring their opinion on the character without any evidence for their comment/opinion).
