To be fair, she has Hinoka as her girlfriend, who is incredibly competent at achieving her own goals. The sole reason this story is so long is that Hinoka also enjoys handicapping herself for funsies, like deciding that she won't confess until her super-dense friend does so first.
Sounds right. The volume would be done by then and the physical would release after. I'm pretty sure that's just an ad for the next complete volume release. We'd still get individual chapters before then.
Poor Tsukushi :-[ I guess feeling like Hinoka is completely out of her league is understandable, but she really shouldn't be down on herself like that. She has a ton of great qualities of her own.
