Ahhhh... Now this is some high quality yuri comfort food.
"Girl with a 'cool' appearance and a non-expressive face who actually has super intense feelings of love and is extremely straightforward and affectionate about how she expresses them" is a great character type.
I also like that the "cool" girl is the boke and the gyaru is the tsukkomi. It's a simple subversion of the kind of dynamic you'd normally expect, but it works really well.
It's fun, it's heartfelt, it's silly, it's sincere. It's great. I want more.
(This is just a random thing, but I also love that the author intermittently depicts background extras shipping the main couple. I cannot deny that the audience-self-insert-himejoshi-peanut-gallery is Just Like Me Fr, lmao.)
