Kind of one of the most interesting manga Ive ever read on here. It's constantly balancing our sympathies for the monsters not quite letting them murder (or rape...) anyone innocent for real on page... And this whole exploration of human social concepts like 'normality' vs. Actual monsters hidden among us... I guess it could be pushed a lot further - exclusion, bullying, but it's fresh in a way that its analogues are not elaborated or complicated. Wonder where the hell the story is going

Ibuki could have prevented all this if he'd given Nozaki an explanation of why he wanted to break up. Or told her he wasn't happy with 'being pushed around' earlier. He doesn't speak ill of others but he also simply doesn't SPEAK, which has led to all this mess.

I also dont 'trust' Nami. As in, not knowing her side of the story, or anything about their reconciliation, i dont really feel positive towards her. Interested to learn more about her

Obviously the series conveniently forgets about safewords and talking anything through before sex despite it's semi realism (and it magically works for them perfectly, which, great) but I really like how the story always returns to how they care about each other - in juxtaposition with the sadism/masochism AND the genuine callousness of how Io's treated by the rest of the world, most of all Hase and her mother

I am really curious about Tsukioka's point of view - what DOES she see in this senpai? Most teenagers are not resistant to social stigma. Hint of something bad that's recently happened, didn't make it into a good school despite her skill, and sad all the time. Did she see somebody struggling as well and feel protective?

Kinda hilarious that the author lampshades the ridiculousness of the premise five times in this chapter just to prepare the reader for the anti-climax of its final development. Pretty neat really

This series is special. It's a super sex positive fantasy. And part of that is also its focus on pleasure. All sexual encounters and acts and everything are deeply pleasurable and the focus is ON that pleasure - not on any act. It makes for extremely good sex scenes.

Her mother has always always always treated her badly. But it doesn't matter. Hurts and hurts.

Io with Hase is often drawn in a way that's similar to how she is with Misa. It's likely it does to some significant extent, but she is also afraid and not comfortable with what Hase is doing. Being attracted to someone doesn't necessarily mean you want to do things with them for real, nor does no wanting to do things with someone necessarily mean you see them as unattractive.
