She did previously turn down the sex because of their complicated past relationship though. I'm all for resolving things quickly, I just thought there would be at least a few more chapters of them trying to get used to living together is all, not saying it's a bad thing only that this invitation seemingly for sex was a bit surprising lol

My impression is that she is from some kind of secret magical society who monitor transmigrated folks, and probably keep their existence out of the public's eye. Xiya is very good at blending in, so she probably had little contact with them, although they may been monitoring her already. And Rachel just stands out like a sore thumb.
