This is so interesting, sweet, fun, and heart felt. Ive always looked up to scanlators a lot so it's nice to be able to get a peak behind the curtain at their community. I wanted to dip my toes into scanlating myself about a year ago, and joined the dynasty-scans discord originally just looking for font recommendations. Everyone was so friendly and willing to give super helpful advice, I ended up learning so much more than I'd hoped for. A lot of the mistakes listed were things I could nod along to because they I'd been informed of them myself during my brief time in the discord channel (crossbar I, verticals ellipses, end punctuation), but also plenty I hadn't heard of. I never fully got into scanlating myself, but I definitely left the experience with an even greater respect for the medium and the comforting knowledge that, if I ever did want to get back into scanlating, I know of a great place to go for support. All in all, I just wanna say I love you guys and hope you keep up the great work! You're whats keeping the English-speaking manga community alive and well fed!
(as a side note, as someone who's first few yuri works were Mochi Au Lait all the way back in 2019, when I joined the dynasty scans discord for the first time and saw Stan Miller hanging out in the chat, I was genuinely star stuck lol)
