I think I'll hang back for a few chapters and jump back in when I can read a lot at one time. That way I can see some progression without having to pause between each chapter and mull too heavily over any of the poor actions taken. And if the soda/popcorn thing is the worst of it, the binge reading should help me through the rest of it. Again, thanks =)
I'm sure some people just don't have the patience for a "high maintenance" character like Miyagi, but for everyone else the web novel should be a much more seamless experience. The translation by Ave Lilium (i.e. the good one) recently completed volume 3, so if you grab the epub files now, you can read in maximum comfort up to the Winter of the couple's third year (where graduation is just 3 months away).

I use the RSS feed since it has one as a wordpress. https://avelilium.com/rss. Much better than using discord IMO, unless for some strange reason you want to interact with other people
The bondage isn't that common, but the author still gets really into writing those scenes when they happen. Though that could just be me instead of the author. The latest update on avelilium is a good example of what I mean.
With all due respect, there should be a warning about not doing this irl. Human's oral environment is very dirty and rich of all kinds of bacteria, one can contracts tetanus for doing this kind of things when there is open wounds... (it's less risky if the skin is intact)
