I'm almost wondering if telling Elsa was a good idea. She managed to keep her curse in check for years by not overusing her magic, and it wouldn't be outlandish to think that once she leaves the village, she will no longer feel the need to expand everything to prove herself.
Now that she's aware of it, though, and obstinately refusing to be careful, it's almost certain she will use it all at some point. Like the idea it's "safer not to use magic" seem to have encouraged her to use as much magic as she can.
I think it’s only an issue if she’s pushing herself too hard. I wonder if using magic is like training with weights? You pick a weight heavy enough to do you good without pushing yourself too hard? As long as she paces herself and doesn’t take on more weight than she can carry, she should be fine.
Worst case scenario, (I’m assuming Olivia is gonna continue watching them) if it seems like Elsa is dead set on being reckless, Olivia is prolly gonna tell Evie about it— if she doesn’t already know cuz of game knowledge (when was the last time her having game knowledge was relevant? I forget the circumstances behind what she knows too. Was she a game tester or am I remembering wrong?)
