Alternatively there's also This user script solution that should work on any browser, where you make a bookmark, copypaste the script into the URL and just click that whenever you read a long strip work (also works with any other manga). That's how I do it.

Now I want to know if this is gonna be a story of constant misinformation, or of trickery one-upsmanship, or something else completely. Now that the dynamic isn't human/monster, I don't know where we're going, but I'm excited!

I think that part was specific to the Japanese folklore (kitsune), while the Chinese fox spirits come in many forms, some of which are nine-tailed, without it indicating a particular age.

From what little I know about traditional Chinese forms of address, I believe it means she is the second-eldest daughter of their parents.
