Can confirm that pre-order is still available. Just ordered my copy from amazon.co.jp with an estimated delivery date between the 22nd and 24th of April. Was the first entry after putting "Arai Sumiko" into the search box (did have the site switched to EN though).

I don’t think she would have been able to enjoy the concert if scolding Mitsuki was stuck in her mind the whole time. It’s sad to see the other ticket go to waste tho. It’s at times like these the other friend (Mika) should miraculously show up, or idk we can always think Chizuru gave it to someone who really wanted it when she got at the venue.
