there's also an interesting parallel there with how after that the Young Lady walks in goes "ew" and immediately all the horniness that Mia and Chloe were feeling is gone, because Mia who is emotionally involved with the Young Lady has now pivoted to running after her in horror to try and explain herself. so it really is just for the both of them as if someone walked in on them masturbating and the shock simply dissolved whatever mood they had going on.
