It's a pretty interesting and funny start. I also really liked that the full shot on page 1 showed her off in pants. And she looked good. We need more pants yuri.

The beginning was an entertaining introduction but that stare by Miss Zhang on the last page did it for me. It’s both frightening and hilarious. I can’t wait to see where this goes.

I believe there is a mistake on first panel on page 6. The salmon-haired lady is Zhang Guo, so she should be saying "Um, Miss Dai?"

One sided pinning always hurts me, it hurts so sweet when the one pinning knows when to not overstep her boundaries. I have a feeling Dai isn’t gonna do that

Judging from the title alone, my guess is that the betrothal is somehow fraught with problems, and even though she's got a diamond ring and smiles a lot, she is actually quite insecure about it. That's why when Dai called it a joke, she stepped on a sore toe.

On Dynasty, I really have no clue.
But in other readers there are a few long-strip series with a yuri storyline that are indeed complete.

Right now, the ones that come to mind are My Princess Charming (complete at 39 chapters) and Unrequited Love Skill (complete at 40 chapters). Both should be easy to find with a google search.
