Why is every time I see something with "NTR" it feel like the term isn't used well like for netsuzou trap: it's just messy relationships, cheating and a girl who's realizing she's into girls. Meaning there not much actual "stealing".
Or it's so fucking stupid (like how the "stealing" is nearly always just rape, which is frankly just weird to say the least) it just fail at what it attempt to do, even when there an effort to not be off-the-wall bonkers?
It just feel like that genre is a text book example of something people do just for clout, because they're edgy try hard and/or can't do anything better. It baffle me to no end.

From what I've translated directly from the author on the source, they seem to have a skewed idea of what NTR means. Either that, or they just declined to include information that would make this actual NTR. The girl is the "princess" of the circle of otakus, but not a word of her actually being in a relationship with any of them.

^^ Stuff gets mislabeled a lot with ntr- and some kinds even a lot of fans dont think counts- was it type 3? The one that is basically just rape - often doesn't seem like ntr. And type 1 i think, that is totally concentual from the start? Just seems to be cheating imo. Im not a big fan of any of it TBH but sometimes I can like if done a certain way.. ^I've only seen a very small number (only one I can really recall) of "type 1" where there was no coercion whatsoever and it was as stupid and bad. "Type 3" seem to make up 99.999% of the genre (and if "type 2" is "start with rape and become """"consentual""", I'm just going to say no)
Never read a single one that actually had any kind of effect other than deep irritation that whatever I was reading would have been better if it wasn't NTR.
Worse, feel like it fucked how both cuckolding (as in the actual kink) and swinging are seen in the NSFW world. I have seen all in all 1 that was actual swinging and none of the former (seen two something somewhat approaching it, ended with the couple going "never again" and I really can't help but think "what is this weak shit?").

Having gotten into Hololive and vtubers a bit late, (only a month or two before EN was announced) I have a very blurry understanding of Matsuri's relationships (platonic and otherwise) outside of this pairing.

That said, this pairing is so incredibly sweet. I usually find Luna's 0 year-old princess shtick a bit grating, but when these two are together they're so dang cute and sweet and adorable and precious and wonderful that it doesn't even register.
