I just read Still Sick, and the last few chapters after the couple is finally together were so so good it just took awhile to get to that point, so I guess I am looking for something similar to that without the whole coming to terms with our feelings plot being a huge focal point. Kinda like Teiji ni Agaretara or Prism.

Ah I have actually read that, but it feels like you found a loophole! Technically yeah they are dating the whole time but really they are starting over from almost scratch lol.

Like, the manga starts after they already became a couple, but there are some like flashback chapters to the time before that.
