Damn, I feel bad for Hina but also for Airi, no one deserves that. Here's hoping the experience helps her become a better person and pushes her to genuinely care about Hina, or admit that she does--this chapter (kind of?) seems to insinuate that she might be in denial about her feelings for Hina, or too empathetically stunted to recognize them.

That cliffhanger should be illegal.
I wasn't up for the gross shit at the start but this intrigue is where i join the ride.
Idk why I feel bad for Airi right now but damnit I do, and I hope the yandere with the glasses gets some sort of karma. She could’ve just told Hina to stay away from Yuu. She didn’t have to forward the pics to everyone at school.
I guess even GL and Dynasty are running out of ideas when they run this stuff. Today's attitude seems to be that just because one person writes stuff like this we must post it. I think it pushes the idea of common decency. Like people who say BDSM is sex when in actuality it is sex abuse and not something to be championed, but something which should be addressed professional by mental health professional (and I'm not talking about fuzzy handcuffs and tickler feathers). I don't understand, are there no lines of decency which must not be shown as okay? As stuff like physically forcing insect into someone else's body until the vomit on themselves okay? I am by far not a prude, but causing physical or mental pain to another and treating it as though it is the norm, is at the least irresponsible, and the worst....there are not words to describe. Does anyone worry that someone reading these types of stories here may encourage them to treat other women similarly possibly causing physical or mental trauma? I think this is far different than the shooting and violent video games, though I do not advocate rape scenes in video games. Maybe I am much too nice for the world these days. Humanists are archaic now?
Your entire statement is loaded with personal bias so I'm not even going to try responding to each point you made.
Instead let me answer your question: Yes, you are too nice (sheltered) for this world.
Quite karma. Naturally, this won't separate them, but just strengthen their bonds. Why don't these blackmailing bully girls never read manga so they now how these things work?!
Glasses chick needs to get hit by truck-kun....
Damn Glasses! You got exactly what you wanted which was for them to not talk to each other anymore and still not happy. Way to put people's fetishes on blast
Airi seems like she's a little late in the 'feelings' game. I think she's starting to realize how much she needs Hina or at the very least, the things she does to Hina. Their 'play time' serves as an escape from her having to parade around in that pristine image she's built for her self and Hina is the only person she can be her true self with. Maybe she can appreciate Hina more – though I doubt that’ll happen.
That baby chapter with nipple sucking seems like it did something to her and it was weird /unrecognizable so she immediately stopped Hina which could mean she hasn't experienced (and she may never depending on what the author wants) sexual desires. I feel really bad for Hina’s holes if she ever gets there… though hopefully a sexual awakening can open Aira’s world to learning about different pleasures she can have and remove her focus on Hina’s pain. Like I know it’s a loooooong shot but maybe she’ll come to like Hina’s orgasm face more than her tormented face??
Though I'm not too sure whether it's been touched on, but does Airi just get her giggles off of causing any one pain or just Hina?
Any way, Yoshimi’s a bigger asshole than Airi for me. True Airi is taking advantage of Hina’s love but Yoshimi saw her getting choked and her first reaction is to think about whether Hina was getting bullied and whether or not she should get a teacher? A truly compassionate human would have yelled stop on instinct but the fact that she was thought processing instead of charging in there to save Hina just means she’s probably always hated the fact that Hina is friends with Yuu.
Yoshimi is clearly vindictive, taking pleasure in Hina’s downfall because she’s angry Yuu and Hina hung out.
If it were really just about Yuu then she could have anonymously sent Yuu the photo but no, she wanted to publicly shame Hina probably as a way to flaunt her superiority as the better candidate as Yuu’s only friend.
Kudos to Airi’s friends though. They’re at least trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and want to hear her side it seems…. Airi doesn’t really deserve these people.
Oh damn, this is becoming really interesting. It's great to see the careful character writing actually build up to something instead of just getting repetitive one note torture-porn. Thank you Glasses, may you realize that bullying the "disgusting fucked up weirdos" is also a jerk move.
Airi's favorite season of Precure being Fresh... that would be hilarious foreshadowing for a redemption arc.
If Airi doesn't straight up murder glasses she's a cuck.
Also wow is Airi realizing she has an actual romantic interest in her precious victim? Can't wait to wait half a year to find out
I think it pushes the idea of common decency. Like people who say BDSM is sex when in actuality it is sex abuse and not something to be championed,
Counterpoint: it's not real sex unless you use a machete

I mean Airi's actions aren't really praise worthy here. I think even the people who find the story interesting and even people who get turned on be this situation are aware that Airi's actions are at minimum bordering on abuse. In real life this situation is absolutely a traumatizing one. Speaking from experience doing stuff without properly discussed consent and limits is literally how you give someone ptsd

You're allowed to not like things, you're allowed to feel sick seeing stuff like this. Being nice is a wonderful attribute, there's no such thing as being too nice for the world. That said there's only so much you can do and you should probably avoid media like this in the future. It will always exist, at most all you can affect is how available it is.
As for violence against women being normalized, that is an issue. There are absolutely both men and women who use bdsm being more common as a way to abuse their partners. I think more mainstream porn is the more responsible party there, and also not something you'll have much luck changing. At the end of the day the most meaningful solution to abuse is going to be working towards people having the material means to leave it, emotional support when they do so, and the knowledge to recognize what things are abusive. That last one I guess is a battle you could fight here, but again I don't think many of us are saying Airi isn't at abusive
As for physical and mental pain causing trauma. Like yeah it can, but in the context of someone you love doing it to you and you enduring it knowingly, with the ability to say stop, for them, it can just be the most wonderful thing and the most connected to someone I've been. Getting pushed down and clawed until I bleed has been wonderful for helping me deal with the actual trauma of a partner that never physically hurt me. You don't have to like it, but know that it has value for others

Wow im so here for this drama. I kind of feel bad for Airi but yet again she deserves it for treating Hina like that. Poor Hina tho. This was the first chapter that did show me that airi does kind of care for hina.

Oh shit This ain't gonna end well.. s2g someone's gonna fukin die or be killed XD maybe they'll go out Romeo and Juliet style either that or glasses is gonna get shanked you heard it here first folks

I don't think it's necessarily the pain that excites Airi—I mean, that's clearly a part of it, but I don't think she'd enjoy typical bullying. Because what she really likes is the fact that Hina lets her do it, it's the fact that Hina allows it all to happen because it's what Airi tells her to do and what Airi wants her to do. I don't think she'd enjoy causing a random person in pain, because she enjoys the sort-of devotion that Hina has to her specifically.
In the very first chapter we get the flashbacks of the pair in middle school during gym class where they're running track. Airi encourages Hina to keep running even as she tires so they can "do it together," but then Hina throws up. And this is the moment that attracts Airi to Hina and leads to their secret relationship. Airi didn't intentionally cause Hina any pain in this moment, but she loved that Hina "endured" it to the point of throwing up just because Airi wanted to keep running.
Airi enjoys Hina's pain, but I think Airi enjoys the fact that Hina "endures" for Airi specifically more than anything else.
This is interesting.
Well, Airi's 100% fucked. Her friends may be willing to hear her side, but there isn't anything she could say to exonerate her. She can't pin it on Hina, because the pictures clearly show her choking Hina ... like, there is no way to explain that. It's either she's bullying Hina or they're in a messed up kinky relationship. Both of which destroy her reputation. I wonder if this event will lead to her being closer or further away from Hina?
On one hand, she pushed Hina entirely away because she feared the potential risks of their relationship after learning about the existence of photos. So, if everyone finds out, it makes sense that she'd want even more distance. Perhaps she'd even feel resentful towards Hina and push her away entirely in a last ditch (and ultimately hopeless) effort to repair her reputation.
Or, maybe because she might lose everything she has (friends and her reputation) that she decides to be closer to Hina in order to fill that void, especially since now there really wouldn't be a point to hide anymore.
And Hina. Poor Hina. Some in the class sympathized and pitied Hina while others were wondering if she was "into it." I imagine some people might attempt to ask her about it ... and she is not going to try to push Ai under the bus. She won't say Ai bullied her, I don't think.
Hopefully,,,, this leads to someone reaching out to Hina and giving her a support network that helps build up her confidence and give her the power to day no and set boundaries buuuuut I doubt that. Likely she gets socially isolated and perhaps that makes her relationship with Ai even worse.
Though I'm not too sure whether it's been touched on, but does Airi just get her giggles off of causing any one pain or just Hina?

Definitely this. It's why she gets off on the blindfold thing. Airi loves watching Hina endure the mental and emotional suffering/suspense of not knowing if Airi abandoned her, but still sitting there and obeying her anyway. It's the way that Hina values Airi's commands over Hina's need to escape whatever pain she's going through
OH MY GOD OKAY ITS HAPPENING
Though what the glasses girl did to airi is pretty awful and it’s terrible to go through, Airi deserves to have consequences. She’s just been using Hina this whole time and though I do think she cares about her in some way, her thinking is pretty twisted and she seems to have no concern over Hina’s well being. Hopefully she’ll become a better person because of this and start to genuinely care about Hina. I just hope glasses girl doesn’t do anything Like this to Hina, too

I understood that but I mean if someone else (impossible I know) were to show that same Hina level devotion to Airi, would she still pick Hina or just go to town on the two sacrificial lambs? Right now, Hina's the only candidate so it's like Airi doesn't have a choice but if she did, would it still be Hina? I guess what I want is for Airi to choose Hina over all.... I really want her to value Hina.
It seems like Hina might try to accept all the blame. I can picture her bending over backwards trying to convince every one she made Airi do it....

Imagine if Yuu tries this with Hina because she actually has a crush on Hina? That combined with Yuu being into BDSM and leaving Yoshimi behind after finding out she was the one who spread the photos would be the biggest middle finger to Yoshimi's selfish face.

Relax woman, or man. Relax.
Finally, can't wait for Airi to get dunked on like the vermin she is. Who am I kidding, this is going to take another 5 chapters of Airi lying and trying to put all the blame on Hina
Dayum,, shits bout to get reall boiii

BDSM isn't about pain. It's about power and trust, whereby the sub surrenders all autonomy to a dom who has unfettered power. The dom derives pleasure from being permitted to do anything in their discretion without traumatizing, maiming or killing their partner. The sub derives pleasure from being pushed to their sensory and emotional limit, with a boost from their partners demonstrated willingness to surrender their superiority by not harming them too much.
In this relationship Hina has greater self confidence than Airi. The latter has opted for the high achiever route, sacrificing her autonomy for a role of suffocating self abnegation. After holding her breath and playing the perfect robot, she goes back to Hina and vents her frustration, a highly intimate privilege afforded to her waifu.
Their expression of love for each other takes an extreme form under dysfunctional circumstances (the extreme, coerced conformity of Japanese institutional environments) but the interplay between them is very healthy.
Huh, with something this messed up, I would expect every chapter to have some outlier tag besides the vanilla kind on this website. I noticed chapter 9 didn’t have such an outlier tag so I put in a suggestion for a tag that it deserves: “Stalking”
If this doesn’t get the tag, I don’t know what mangas should get it.
As for chapter 10, there should be a new tag created for being revealed to public without consent: “Outed” or “...Everybody Knows Your Name—Cheers!”
