Tbh, I don't see their relationship working. Manga-chan definitely hates her old story, the one Gyaru-chan kept so fondly for many years (as a fanfic writer, I can comfortably say that old works do NOT age well)

When I reached the credits page and found that this was a twitter comic, I finally realized why there were no backgrounds whatsoever in about 95% of the panels.

(That sure was a relief, because I was starting to suspect that the author came from the Rob Liefeld denomination of comic art creed...)

I never said this before but rereading this and looking at the comments, I'm not sure why they wouldn't work together? Dango hair is the only reason why she became a mangaka in the first place, and them meeting years later just makes the story all the more sweeter in my opinion
