I think Saria want to contact Ifrit, as far as I know, Silence blaming Saria about what happened to Ifrit in "Flame Demon Incident" and prohibit Saria to contact Ifrit. I think deep in Ifrit's mind she want Saria as it show in "Operational Intelligence" event. When Ifrit feel unstable and nearly to harm people, she cry out for Saria and want her to help.
