I feel like the OVA has spoiled me for this chapter, giving how they clearly sunk like half of the crowdfund budget on Akari's animation alone.

The anime series is so consistently funnier than the manga that I kinda think of the manga as sketches for future episodes.

I think chapter 130 here is really lost in translation. The humor is strictly Japanese. It really doesn't flow well for a western audience.
