The group that initially was scanlating Gabriel Dropout, named simply #dropout, stopped at chapter 52. The groups that followed didn't post the manga to Dynasty, the new group that's just picked it up is posting back to Dynasty but they're just picking up where the previous group left of, hence the huge chapter skip.
