It's had a similar vibe, somehow. Maybe because both stories grew from a confession. Or maybe because of more than that, who knows?

Well, there are ways to make them look similar, and ways in which they are fundamentally different:

A.
* Cool dark-haired senpai and charming naive kouhai
* Senpai “doesn’t understand love”
* Senpai’s sudden overt confession

B.
* Kouhai is charming, but an idiot
* Senpai’s attitude doesn’t stem from tragic trauma
* Senpai is go-home club, not class prez

Etc.

Eh...I can never make sense of such weird misunderstandings in yuri manga. If it were platonic only, the mood would be totally different. And why use romantic terms like love and date if you don't mean it?

Eh? Are you using ‘date’ and ‘like’ for romantic purposes only? It’s kinda normal for some Asians to use it w/ friends. Only the mood will differentiate it. And in this manga, 2 people have different meanings. At least for Yori, clearly it’s not platonic at all. On Kino, before Yori’s confession, is simply the girl who happily went out w/ her admirable senpai. She even this playful riding Yori’s words, if they lovers they would have dates on the rooftop everyday but passed it as a joke. She’s this normal girl who can give joke like that to another girl because she thought they are already close. It’s very common for girls. I think, this story will transcend to how Kino’s feelings going to change or develop now that she knows Yori likes her romantically.

yep

I guess they forgot to account for the file numbering when the fixes were uploaded. In this instance, the typesetter accidentally named pages 10 onwards as "010" and so forth. It was something I made sure to point out when sending the link for the original, but I guess it slipped the uploader's mind for the fixed version.

It's going down the path I was hoping it would. Kouhai mistakes her own love to be platonic and then ends up rejecting senpai. Senpai is crushed and stops her music because her one inspiration is gone. Senpai starts to avoid kouhai because of pain. Kouhai feels hurt and is confused why this hurts her so much. She realizes that she was in fact into senpai all this time and regrets. Kouhai has to make it up to senpai and tries to confess back to her. Then the story will most likely make senpai all happy crying and they date.

But I'm hoping senpai doesn't just leap back into kouhai's arms again just because kouhai apologizes and confesses back to her. I'm hoping they actually struggle a bit more and show senpai being more emotionally skeptical and fear from being hurt again. And actually make the kouhai work to get the senpai's love back.

Senpai is crushed and stops her music because her one inspiration is gone.

I think it's the one bit i don't feel right. I think the kouhai will not reciprocate the love but Senpai will try to make the Kouhai love her with the love song.

I demand an anime adaptation for this series!
