(sigh) I know I'm probably catch hell for this, but that ending sucks. I can't imagine being happy with that kind of relationship. That seems like a recipe for constant frustration and heart ache. I can see this ending one of two ways. Either the "straight" girl is going to overcome her inhabitations about dating another girl, and the pair will become a proper couple. Or the straight girl will find a boyfriend and leave the lesbian alone and heart broken.

So I guess they're kinda like sex friends now except without having sex? So kinda like kiss friends? Where they kiss each other but otherwise just regular friends?
Meh ending but I suppose it's somewhat more realistic than 'straight girl suddenly turns gay all of the sudden'

Why are people dissatisfied? The manga is about a straight girl and her character development is that she's not that straight anymore. Anything beyond couldn't be put into a series that tells you it's about a straight girl in the title.

I am hoping for a follow up with a more explicit title though.

Meh ending. Good thing this series was translated quickly to keep audience's attention.

You all expected way too much from this manga, I mean, re-read the title, I'm unsatisfied with people being satisfied in relationships where there's not a 100% commitment, or if they like "agree to be on X terms" BUT, with such a title,of course it was gonna be like that, but, it's a manga anyway so no one is affected too bad. Except people in real life that is content with such a "friend" and then they go and find a bf or something but that's why you don't do stuff as they do in manga, except for cool things, that is.

:D I can't be really upset when I've read the word LESBIAN so many times, nowadays it's queer this, or other words,I like my LESBIAN word.

A more accurate title there

I don't know how many people here have read the webcomic "Ménage à 3" by Gisèle Lagacé... but I just have to say it: Straight Girl reminds me a whole lot of Sonya.

Sonya's catchphrase "I'm not a lesbian!" that she likes to say all the time (especially when in bed with another woman, scissoring or doing cunnilingus) could totally be this girl's motto.

Message of this manga: To all the guys out there, go try out dick u might like it.
