"We don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents." -Bob Ross
I expected there to be either more "oh no, I don't want this" angst or wacky "what a goofy misunderstanding" hijinks, so I'm happily surprised by how this is treated as something cute and nice instead.
This is so cute but I can't help to wonder what'll happen she found out that the letter aren't meant for her...(sorry I kinda spoiled the mood a lil bit :P)
There's a good chance, she won't find out. Since the manga doesn't seem like a drama, it's pretty fluffy all around. And quiet girl was immediatly interested in the delinquent, too. I bet it stays fluffy and they might just laugh it off later.
I think thats likely too - unless they want a more impactful bit of drama at the end - maybe she could find out it was accidental and worry.
A nice end I'd go with is that guy she was trying to confess to actually confesses to her - delinquent girl has found out the letter was accidentally put in her locker and thinks her gf will leave her for him when he confesses but she turns him down saying she already loves someone.
Cute as fuck, and huzza for the kind scanlators working to bring these so fast! Also, I hope the delinquent actually does something delinquent-like beyond having blond hair. I kind of want it to be more than an informed trait...
Yeah, seeing her delinquent-ing would make it even cuter when she's awkwardly blushing.
She's got the intimidating glare down in the cover of chapter 2, at least, and the "just take my stupid love letter already, geez!" style of handing over the reply felt right for delinquent.
A Yuri Manga Like So Many Yuri Manga Lately With a Title That Is Longer Than The Actual Manga But Looks Interesting Anyway Because It Has Promising Words Like "Delinquent" In That Title.
I usually don't like romances started from misunderstandings (like Kunieda falling in love with Oga in Beelzebub, which reminds me I never finished that), but this series is really nice.
