I know that physical intimacy is the traditional yuri payoff, but I have to admit that I kind of enjoy the reversal here.

Ordinarily one or both of the parties wants to get busy and the story-problem is about getting them together. Here they are together for life already, and are slowly awakening to the awareness that there’s further business to get up to.

Idk, full peripheral vision and depth perception don't seem critical for the job. Plus she's lived with those disabilities for like a decade already anyway, people get used to worse. It's not like she's missing a limb or anything.
