Eh, I think it's too obvious. Seems a bit heavy-handed considering how subtle Namori has been up to now in regards to the secret girlfriend. For a while readers were mostly split on it being either Megumi or Miho while Ai was the dark horse. I think this was an intentional push to add Ai into the conversation as she has mostly been in the background.

My theory is that Ai knows Nadeshiko is in a relationship with one of the other two girls. My bet is still on Megumi or Miho being the girlfriend. Of course Namori could be totally trolling us and Nadeshiko is sleeping with all 3 and or someone entirely outside of the group of friends like a teacher or something.

I'M READING THIS AS SOLID AI EVIDENCE, I totally think its these two. Reread all of this literally yesterday and Miho seemed way too obviously flirty and if it was Megumi it just seemed way too sad seeing as Nadeshiko and the mystery girlfriend seem so mushy on the phone, and Nadeshiko just bullies Megumi lolol.

Plus Ai and Nadeshiko have always been pretty subdued compared to the others which would make sense if they are trying to keep it a secret.

I used to be Nadeshiko/Megumi but I'm totally down for Nadeshiko/Ai, especially after this chapter

I mean, I'm on team Megumi here. Nadeshiko and Megumi have that Sakurako x Himawari dynamic (idiot x not idiot), and the idea of Nadeshiko being all gushy with Megumi privately despite bullying her when they're in front of their friends is cute.

Frankly, the dynamics between Nadeshiko x Ai (aloof x sweet and innocent) or Nadeshiko x Miho (typically stoic girl getting teased and bullied by a relatively tame S character) are both nice as well, but I'm personally a fan of Sakurako x Himawari, so :^)

At this point, Nadeshiko dating all of them wouldn't even be a plot twist anymore.
