Hmm. I thought this new cop (assuming she really is one) is connected to the fake arrest of the molester sister, but I went back and checked. They look totally different, so there's an open question about that cop and what she's up to.

But that brings up the question of what she's doing with Yatagawa's picture and why Yatagawa looks considerably different in said pic. My gut feeling is that Yatagawa really is sort-of a runaway "princess", the black-haired policewoman is genuine, and the recently returned Rei Ouginochihara and the apparently impostor-policewoman-slash-accomplice will come back into the scene with the intent of having more fun with Yatagawa, only to find their plan crashing headlong into the real policewoman's plan to capture Yatagawa and Yuki's probably-unexpected presence.
