The older sis is more to blame imo even though she is studying hard for Sayo's sake, she flat out ignored her and told her to leave when she was studying. I'm sure she could of been a bit nicer there. If she was worried about her "boyfriend' then why didn't she bring it up again?

Funny part is, the part moved to the end makes less sense following all the heartfelt confessions and open communication that (now) leads up to it. It's pretty clear it was meant for a situation where the two of them couldn't help themselves and ended up in bed together more impulsively.
