Basically:

Hina doing her random shenanigans, coming up with a way to get from one school building to another with rope. They get in trouble, we learn about second place girl and her crush towards Hina, Tsugumi tries to get her to face her feelings head on, but they both acknowledge they will never meet what Hina has for Sayo and they go on with Hina's shenanigans because they still care for her regardless.
