Donut wanted to leave at 7... Talk with Ice took some time... Kiss was there too... then was another talk... and then was 10. Why you think 3h was ONLY kissing......?

Donut probably didn't take much longer than 10 minutes or so to gather her stuff and get to the door. If the author wanted the conversation after the kiss to last for hours, (s)he should have used some kind of cut to show the passage of time. Ideally with the characters being in a different position to drive it home. For example sitting at the table with some tea, not still sitting on the floor next to the door. And the conversation would have moved a lot in 3 hours, too. In the chapter it's written like they really exchanged just a few sentences.
