I think she blocked Mimi-chan herself. It was her hand that put down the phone, notice the bracelet? And I think it was a reaction to "We're both girls".

I think the office lady ended up realizing that mimi was falling for her when she said she didn't want to accept her money, so she blocked her before things got complicated

It wasn't the woman who blocked her number. From the looks of it, some male acquaintance of hers went through her phone and blocked it. There's no way to tell who he is yet though. He may be her husband, a boyfriend or even a jealous coworker.

Edit: Wait. Nevermind. It looks like it's actually her hand setting down her phone at the end, not the man's.

I don't think so, she said "Then... next time would you hear another request?" she knew that things can get more exciting so why would she suddenly end it? maybe she is teasing her.

Oh god, the last page. Please don't say she's just fooling around with Mimi. It'll be an absolute heartbreaker. I had high hopes for them.
