Stupid Masuda, if you had told Ayumu you loved her, she would have end up falling for you, and good ending to the story.

But no, you had to be a nice guy...and you were already in the hotel too wtf, sometimes being the nice guy is the wrong choice.

sometimes being the good guy save your ass from jail.

Well, Masuda didn't love her enough. If he had really loved her, I would have supported him for stealing her. In love and war, there's no such thing as rules.

The one whose attitude is ambiguous is Ayumu. Even I think that going to the extent of cheating on his boyfriend just so he gives up on her is going a bit too far.

I hope we wont have a reverse gender bender. otherwise it would be like: only the gender counts and not the person behind it.

Both matter except for pan.

If Ayumu actually comes to terms with being a girl. Even if he like guys, he still is man on the inside. If anything I think Ayumu just gave up, since nobody cares about his identity anyway. He probably broke already.

Ambigous until the very end

Especially Ayumyu. I'm just not sure what Ayumu wants after all this. He was supposed to get hit hardest by this all ordeal but his reactions are just all over the place.

Wow, break up with him, Mori. You really didn't pick a good boyfriend at all.

It's like Ayumu wasn't really all that serious from the start, and self-absorbed from beginning to end. Mori's the one who spent his time soul searching, realized his own selfishness, and started thinking about the both of them and what everything meant.

I am kind of pleased that I was right about the incompetent god, though.

I thought maybe Ayumu had some sense in him, but he's just an air-head that went gay because why not?

In the end, that story doesn't make sense, nor do the characters.

Mori was okay, and I found his parts pretty relatable in terms of the story. But in the end...there really wasn't any point or resolution, and they didn't get past the superficial when dealing with the issues raised. The whole thing was kind of meandering and pointless, a big disappointment from an otherwise good author.

All that I can say is: Get a bed already! xD

Personally I liked the story. Not particularly deep and meaningful, but it raises in a very entertaining way some of the big questions about love and sexuality. Do we fall in love of a particular sex (or both) and search people based on our sexuality or we fell in love with the person in question, regardless of gender, and basis on that we define our sexuality?

I really think this story is a good essay about it.

Guys don't criticize Ayumu, he was the one who got his entire identity messed up. If Ayumu had stayed a girl, Mori would most likely just have broke up with him and go fool around with his co-worker. However Ayumu would possibly be traumatized for life.

That being said, I commend the author for turning this manga into comedy at the end, because there was no real solution anyways.

Ok now it's like a comedy with not enough jokes and too much serious. Was kinda inconsequential and Ayumu turned completely ambiguous.
The story raises some good questions and thoughts, but fails to do anything with them. Too bad.

They should've just break up. They're still going out (?) in the end but already disconnected.

Pretty much this.

I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome though even though it's sorta "uhhh ok wtf was the point of that". At least it didn't go the "love overcomes everything!" trope.

I think the author should have just made them break up because it seems like the story is really about self discovery, discovering what you really want in a relationship, and if the "one" really is the "one" for you. It seems like they both totally disconnected at the end and aren't really sure about how they see each other in a romantic relationship anymore. They've both changed from this experience and I think it's revealed a lot about each other that they don't particularly find attractive. I was really disappointed to see they were still together in the epilogue (right after getting my hopes up when Ayumu talked about Masuda!) And even after asking if they were still together, Mori doesn't answer with certainty. By keeping them together in an unstable relationship after everything, the author just threw out any "moral story" that would have made this story really great and potentially revolutionary.

Eh it was a good read regardless, but I really mourn the potential it had.

Indeed, started interesting,
ended with

"uhhh ok wtf was the point of that".

The relationship shown in the epilogue seems really brittle to me as if there was barely no growth.

So what's the point of this story? In the end there was no actual resolution and they are still in denial. All I learned from this manga for sure is that shrine god is a moron.

That's the best summary of the moral, the god is a moron.

After reading this a couple more times, I concluded that the Ayumu character is really badly written. He doesn't make sense.

I like manga that generates an emotion out of me.
Any emotion.

The stories that leaves me emotionless are the ones I dislike.

My wish is that god also turns Mori into a girl, then because he is a girl becomes attracted to girls. Then Mori and Ayumu become a happy yuri couple :DD

The wheel of fate is turning
^see what i did there???
