I think some people a while ago did mention that we did not see Junna's expression during the Fireworks chapter (23), props to them for pointing it out. It turns out that she was sincere (and not intended on breaking Hane) with her shift in expression being more so her faith in Hane resolving the incident while she goes and deals with others.
We return to the present in which the Underling-chan from Chapter 10 returns~ Idk if she ends up becoming petals afterwards but it also seems clear she misses Junna and is real bitter about Hane.
Lemon is a good senpai to actually talk with Hane in regards to Junna's identity and the potential consequences both for love and rehabilitating her back to society while trying to help smooth things out with the goddess behind the scenes. We also learn that Junna was evesdropping the entire time which is how she learned about it.
Poor Hane. From ungrateful to fraud now. :(
It's probably difficult to resolve the fact that she only saved Junna because she had the charm and happens to look like the older magical girl. It will always be rather messy because Hane would always be loving (and hating herself for loving) that aspect unless Junna happened to be her (although even in that case, Junna is already a different person).
They are so perfectly messy for each other. They are both willing to fight the world in order for the other to reach salvation in the end.
