I feel like some people are overlooking what is being clearly signposted as the outcome here. So just to quick recap the important bits of the last two chapters

Junna is thought to be powerless by the magical girls
Last chapter it was revealed that at some point Junna had regained powers, but with a form different from when she was a General
It was also revealed that Junna has developed a fixation on Hane and the idea that she has to kill Hane so no one else can intrude on Hane last's moments
This chapter someone manages to beat the magical girls and starts describing a fate for Hane that Junna finds utterly unacceptable
Junna's special charm starts glowing with magical power

Take all that together and it seems pretty clear that this is the moment that Junna develops her new form and uses it to curbstomp this other general guy. But it is also where she develops the idea that she has to kill Hane herself. Cause as much as Junna loves Hane and want to be with her, even as a replacement for that 'other' girl, she'd rather abandon that dream and ensure Hane is given a proper end than risk the chance of Hane being subjected to a wretched fate

Now its way clearer, I was so confused by how/when the diamond and spade brooches came along since the diamond one was seen in some flashbacks with big Hane, and now I can see why, its really really well made and i can go back and follow the scenes chronologically, thank you!

I feel like the author blindfolds us, spins us in a chair and throws us somewhere random in the timeline and with the little context we got we have to figure out when where why and wtf is happening

I agree, it's very interesting storytelling, but it can get a bit (veryyyy) confusing.

On that note, I think the scene with the branches is set in the future, I know Junna has long hair in that scene but hear me out:

-Junna's new powered version also has long hair so maybe after getting her full powers back she gets her long hair back
-Whenever Hane is transformed into Floria Rose she doesnt have her scars anymore, so her not having them in the branches scene is not an indication that this is in the past.
-The scene is set when Floria Rose and the other Floria knights are defeated, which is something Junna is planning to do in the present.
-Junna is talking about how it can't end like this

which leads me to believe this is set after a future battle where Junna defeats the Floria Knights, then as she's about to defeat Hane, Junna looses her power again and Hane is now too weak to stop the other person from attacking her.

I also agree with the credits that Hane talking about "wanting to protect her first love" might be more of an admission that she had a childhood crush on who she thought was Junna, not exactly confessing outright that she loves Junna at the moment.

Hane: I will protect you with my life! Would you like to date me?
Junna: I will kill you with my own hands. Also, yes I would like to date you.

This author can truly make every single chapter a hot experience. I hope they always have spare money to visit lesbian brothels regularly, you know, for research.

That relationship chart threw me for a loop, what do mean "Unclear relationship" with the older magical girl, are they NOT the same person?? Yes I know that Junna should be older if that were the case but... but...!

Come on, It's only chapter 3, people. The manga it's obviously about teenage drama situations, let the author give us that. A lot of those scenarios can still happen with what we have so far.
