I finally came around to read this and honestly I totally thought the singer was like in her twenties at most and they were gonna meet her on stage and be like omg we are singing with our idol or wtv BUT SHE'S HER MOM?!
Now the cool singer I had in mind became a total failure of a mother what do you mean you left one of your daughters and cut all contact with her to like train the other one and make her a brat?? Like why
I hope that is not just overlooked and she turns out to be mom of the year for making sacrifices and what not

I keep reading Haru with the kind of cutesy voice characters like her usually have, before remembering that the whole point is that she don't have that type of voice. :D Seems like i'm too used to imagining character with a type of anime voice based on their designs.
I guess i'll listen to Mitsuki Saiga when i read this to force me to give her a deeper voice.
